With over two decades of experience in digital media, Zadi Diaz has been working at the intersection of technology, culture, and storytelling, blending her expertise in creative leadership with a deep-rooted passion for mindful living and nature connection. Her mission is to bridge the digital and natural worlds, fostering creativity, sustainability, and balance in an ever-evolving world.

Zadi began her journey in New York City, where she helped pioneer digital storytelling through projects like Welcome to the Scene, one of the first web series about Internet piracy, and as a correspondent for the groundbreaking Internet news show Rocketboom. She later created Epic Fu, a multiple Webby award-winning series that highlighted the innovators shaping Internet culture. 

Throughout her professional career, Zadi has led teams as a creative executive at media powerhouses like Disney and DreamWorks, where she co-created and was the Executive Producer of YouTube Nation, a daily culture show in collaboration with Google. Her work has spanned partnerships with global brands like Netflix, Target, and PBS, consistently focusing on new forms of storytelling in the digital age.

Today, Zadi combines her expertise in media with her commitment to digital wellness. Whether consulting with organizations on their digital content strategy, creating content that bridges the digital and natural worlds, or exploring sustainable creative practices, she focuses on practical ways to help creatives and creative organizations thrive in a changing world.

Offline, you can find Zadi writing, making films with friends, sipping tea, on photo walks in the Santa Monica Mountains, meditating, cuddling with her rescue dog and cat, or learning about local plants and wildlife with her husband and neighbors. Her current passion centers on empowering others to find harmony between technology and nature while rediscovering the creativity and peace that come with a more mindful approach to life.
